Get to Know Account Manager Nikki Farkhondi

We are especially proud of the employees responsible for this great service. We sat down with one of the key players in Coffee Ambassador’s signature service, Nikki Farkhondi. Get to know her below!
Hi, Nikki! What’s your role here? How long have you been with Coffee Ambassador?
I joined the Coffee Ambassador family in February of 2017, initially as the Lead Customer Service Representative. From there, I was able to move on to Sales Coordinator, and ultimately to my current role, Account Manager. Being able to transition twice within a year and a half has been an exciting, highly caffeinated experience!
You work with a lot of talented folks. What are your team’s biggest strengths?
My team’s biggest strength is their collective drive. I say “collective” to emphasize that they not only work hard to achieve their own goals, but encourage and help each colleague reach theirs. Working in an environment like this makes it hard to lack motivation — and that is what keeps the sales department buzzing.
Buzzing! Love it. What’s the best part of your job?
I feel like this is a trick question… The coffee, of course! Being able to drink seven cups of nitro cold brew and having it be socially acceptable is what I consider home! Following our vast in-house coffee selection, I love being able to spread that joy to companies across the county. Providing something that is so widely enjoyed is such a wonderful feeling.
Agreed! What do you want Coffee Ambassador customers to know?
I want the customers to know that each account is touched by every department, and almost every employee, to ensure they are receiving the best service possible. From our live customer service team, to our thorough technicians, and our caring route drivers, we strive to keep our clients ecstatic about their coffee service..
What’s your breakroom coffee order? Or are you a Bevi kind of gal?
I like to “mad scientist” my coffee. Though sometimes I change things up to avoid flavor fatigue, my classic morning combination is a Nespresso Lungo Leggero shot added into a cup of Mexican Roast coffee from our Newco CX Touch machine. Trust me, this will be your new favorite pick-me-up.
Noted. If you could write a new slogan for Coffee Ambassador, what would it be?
#justbrewit. Wait, that sounds familiar. How about, “Your day-conquering source”? Yeah, I’ll stick to that one.
