The primary focus of this position is to take care of our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations in a positive, friendly, professional manner by phone, email, social responses, and live chat. This is accomplished through accurate orders, billing, answering questions, finding solutions, offering help, and communicating clearly (both verbally & written). You will engage & educate our customers and prospects about Coffee Ambassador services, products, equipment, etc. as they rely on us to be the experts in our industry; you must be able & willing to offer suggestions and recommendations to best fit their needs. Coffee Ambassador remains the premier Office Coffee Service in San Diego by focusing on building quality relationships with all of our customers. All employees are expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and proactivity in creating exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of Customer Service Experience, preferably B2B
  2. Positive, friendly attitude
  3. Punctual, self motivated, and takes initiative
  4. Team player but able to work independently
  5. Flexible and able to multi-task
  6. Able to use sound judgment
  7. Professional appearance required
  8. Reliable transportation to and from work
