What’s my delivery schedule?
As you know, we offer more regularly scheduled deliveries than "the other guys" from every 2 - 4 weeks, depending on your needs. For your specific schedule, contact our customer service department at 858.453.8584 or via email to greatcoffee@coffeeambassador.com.

Can I change my delivery schedule?
Of course! You can either talk to your route sales driver or call or email Customer Service or your Account Manager.

Can I change my coffee flavors or current stock?
Of course! Your Route Sales Driver always has additional flavors available – just ask, and we can add it to your delivery, or have it shipped before your next scheduled delivery.

As a current customer, can I get free samples of new coffee flavors or blends?
From time to time we do offer free samples via our "Breakroom Café" emails.  (You should be receiving it, but if you’re not, be sure to sign up!).

How do I find my customer number?
Your customer number is located in the upper right hand corner of your invoice. If you are a new customer, you can find it on your agreement after installation... or feel free to call customer service at 858.453.8584.

Can I order online?
Yes, you can! Our eOrder Form is fast and easy! Your order will be delivered by your Route Sales driver at your next scheduled delivery date. Need it sooner? Please contact us and we can arrange to have it shipped or delivered early. Click Here

Online Ordering with the Easy eOrder Form! Our eOrder Form makes it easier than ever to order the coffee you love and the breakroom supplies you need! Simply click on the pictures at the top to direct you to specific brands and supplies. Enter the quantity you need for the items you want. Use the links, or the pictures at the top, to find more items. Fill out your information, and then click the "Submit" button. Your order is immediately sent to our Customer Service Team and will begin processing within minutes! Customer Service will email or call you with details on your delivery or shipment. No credit card is required to submit this form - as a current customer, you will be billed or charged accordingly depending on your terms.
